Juanita Martinez

Juanita M Martinez has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Relations from the Externado de Colombia University and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from North Park University in Chicago. She also holds a Life and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses as well as FINRA Licenses.

Juanita has over 25 years of experience working in the financial field in the United States as well as in Latin America. In Chicago, she has worked for Merrill Lynch, NorthernTrust, Country Financial, MassMutual and One America companies.

Juanita believes knowledge is the key to a successful financial future. Her background, experience and commitment provide her customers, friends and family with the resources they need to make solid financial decisions than can help make their financial future as successful as they need it to be. She is prepared to assist customers with their financial plans and help them meet their long-term financial goals.

Additional to her career, Juanita is really engaged in serving the McHenry County community through her leadership in groups as Hispanic Connections, The Cultural and Social Awareness Commission of the City of Woodstock, The Latino Leadership Group for McHenry County, as well as a member of the Rotary Club, The Environmental Defenders of McHenry County and Conversación de Conservación, a collaboration project involving the four environmental organizations in the County, Hispanic Connections and the Youth and Family Center.

On her personal life, Juanita has 3 children, two in college and one in elementary School. To relax and recharge, Juanita enjoys nature walks and kayaking on the beautiful lakes of McHenry County.
